Kimberly Parmeter is President & CEO of the Hermantown Area Chamber of Commerce. With 20+ years in nonprofit leadership, business development, and communications, she works with business owners and leaders to grow the region. She holds an MBA from Bethel and a BA from UMD in Communications, Marketing & International Studies. Kim is a graduate of Leadership Duluth and the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management. Before leading the Chamber, she held executive roles at multiple nonprofits, raised millions for charitable causes, and consulted nationally with Convergent Nonprofit Solutions. A former broadcaster, Kim is also a voice talent and is writing a book on nonprofit leadership. She lives in Midway Township with her husband, children, and rescue pets.
