The discussion topic will be focused on the board of directors: recruiting, motivating, jobs descriptions, orientations, board retreats, board meetings – best practices related to excellent board governance. Please bring sample materials to share with the group. In addition, we will reserve an hour for topics important to you so come prepared with your questions for the group.
