2026 Summer Refresh

Summer Refresh is MCCE’s annual learning and networking experience designed specifically for chamber executives and their team members. This one-day program delivers focused, practical content tailored to key staff roles—including membership, policy, programming, events, and more.

This year’s Summer Refresh kicks off with a session on “Letting Go (without getting it wrong)" by Jason Hunt. And the afternoon features four Strategy Labs – Membership, Events, Leadership, and Communications & Marketing – designed to spark new ideas and share practical approaches that you can apply right away. Participants will select one content area.  See the working agenda for additional details and all areas of learning.
