2026 MCCE Annual Meeting & Conference: We Are The Chamber
February 18–19, 2026 • The Saint Paul Hotel, St. Paul, MN
Minnesota chamber professionals will gather this February for two powerful days of learning, connection, and leadership at the 2026 MCCE Annual Meeting & Conference. Designed to equip chamber executives with forward-thinking strategies and practical tools, this year’s program blends compelling keynote speakers, peer-driven breakouts, hands-on learning, and meaningful time with state leaders at the Capitol. And it’s preceded by the Minnesota Chamber’s Annual Session Priorities Dinner on February 17!
The conference opens with a look ahead at what it takes to build the chamber of the future, followed by a dynamic communication session on turning everyday messaging into meaningful impact for your organization. The Annual Meeting Luncheon and Awards Program will celebrate leadership, innovation, and excellence across Minnesota’s chamber community.
A signature element of the conference, the Capitol visit, provides an exclusive opportunity for chamber leaders to hear legislative priorities, connect with policymakers, participate in guided discussions, and explore the inner workings of state government—all designed to strengthen your advocacy impact back home.
Thursday offers tailored learning with topical breakout sessions, organizational alignment conversations, and peer exchange by chamber size. The morning builds toward an inspiring keynote from Kat Perkins, whose “Fearless” presentation blends music and leadership lessons to help teams embrace risk, overcome adversity, and lead boldly.
For those seeking even more hands-on learning, an optional lunch and AI working session follows the closing remarks. Patrick Kirby will lead a fast-paced exploration of AI tools—ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, video creation, Canva, project management platforms, and more—helping attendees bring new digital strategies directly back to their chambers.
